Have you ever gotten to your vacation destination and found that you had forgotten the battery or charger for your camera or smart phone?  Yes, I have done that!

Since I just came back from vacation to Grenada, I am now enjoying my vacation photos. Getting ready for my vacation always involves packing the right clothes, but also preparing to take pictures of all of the beautiful locations and the wonderful activities.

To me creating vacation memories requires three things. First, getting your camera or i-phone ready which would include taking necessary accessories such as chargers, cables, and photo cards. Also research photo opportunities at your vacation destination. Second, as you enjoy your vacation, make sure you have your digital camera or smart phone with you each day or you will miss opportunities. Third, when you get home decide how you will enjoy and share your pictures. Will you make a book, prints, or a slide show ? Whenever you decide, hopefully following these three steps will help you create lasting vacation memories!
